Creative Arts
As a congregation we have been entrusted with many diverse gifts and God has asked us to use whatever gifts we have to serve others. If you are gifted in the arts, why not use your abilities in the local church and be used by the Holy Spirit to bring others to a knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Whether it's in the spotlight or behind the scenes, we want you to find where you fit and get involved in ministry. Whether it's playing an instrument, singing, or serving in the visual arts, we hope you see yourself serving somewhere in the Creative Arts area at the Potter's House.
Praise & Worship Team
Each Sunday our Praise & Worship Team helps guide people to an encounter
with God. Auditions are open to all church members and
can be arranged by calling Curtis Dickerson at 573-346-3951.
Teams rehearse
on Wednesday evenings.
Worship Band
The Potter's House Worship Band is the musical core of our weekly
worship service. The band consists of guitars, drums, and various
other instruments. The band rehearses on Wednesday nights. Auditions
can be arranged by contacting Curtis Dickerson at 573-346-3951.
Drama Team
The Drama Team provides thematic support during the weekend services.
Rehearsals are scheduled as needed for the weekend services. For more information

Visual Arts
The set design on the main stage, promotional print material and
more comes from the creativity of Visual Arts. Painters, illustrators, graphic
designers, sculptors, and creative
construction all work together to clearly communicate the message of
Christ.
Artists, Designers, and Builders (or those who enjoy creating in a really large room) are encouraged to become involved in the Set Design Ministry. Those involved will work to design a set for an upcoming sermon series and then to construct the set, set the stage and then be part of the tear down before the next series.
Graphic Designers or those with layout skills are encouraged
to become involved in the Service Slide Production.
This is an easy once-a-week
activity that has enormous impact on the weekend service.
Volunteers should have a knowledge of MicroSoft Power
Point.
